Delivery and Returns

Each order will be sent to the address given by the buyer during the ordering process. Any failure to deliver your order by lack of information regarding the address to deliver is the  customer's responsibility. We are not to be held accountable for any wrong given address. 

Shipping costs are paid by our customers and appear at the end of the ordering process (they vary from country to country regarding package volum and weight. Please check list below to  confirm what shipping you'll have to pay. Beware, we are not responsible for any additional  fees that may be charged by your country's customs with/without our knowledge). They will be added to your order and properly charged in your receipt after the customer's agreement. 

Shipping costs to Portugal Continental begin at 4.65€, according to package weight and unless stated otherwise (per example, shipping costs to the Portuguese archipelagos).

Little Cloud's team will only begin preparing your order and follow with its shipping after confirming its payment.

We will send you a tracking number to follow your order's delivery.

If your package is broken in the moment of delivery, please deny it and return it to the courier to be sent back.

If you accept to keep it, remember to fill in a report describing its damages (if existent; add images as well if possible) and cooperate with Little Cloud so we can write a complaint to the company responsible.

In both previous cases, communicate the situation immediately to LittleCloud via info@littlecloud.pt(max. 2 days).

Little Cloud will not take responsibility for damages occurred and not reported to us within that period of time.
